Little Lambs is an incentive program developed to encourage parents of high-risk infants or young children to take advantage of health, social and educational services available to benefit their babies. Parents/guardians earn "vouchers" by keeping their prenatal and well-baby appointments, staying in school and/or attending rehab, parenting, and nutrition classes. The vouchers, in turn, are redeemed in the Little Lambs store for diapers and baby equipment, such as car seats, cribs, strollers, diapers, baby wipes, etc.
